This chaotic scene from DM was inspired from Ed Wood's "Bride of the Monster." The end of that movie had an atomic explosion about a 100 yards away from the main characters who didn't even flinch. I always thought that was hilarious so I knew we had to incorporate that gem into this flick. I went a step further and added flying debri. The debri is actually part of the walls we used for the interior scenes.
